You’re Exactly Where You’re Meant to Be – feel good about yourself and your life now.

Almost every person I meet suffers from the “I am not where I am supposed to be” syndrome. This video is medicine from my heart to yours so that you can stop running this story in your brain and body (it’s a downer and it keeps you from experiencing the dreams and desire you have) and so you can start seeing and feeling the truth – that you are exactly where you are meant to be, and every day you have the opportunity to become more and more manifest as the fully expressed, free, and loved you.

Maybe you are familiar with this “I am not where I am supposed to be” syndrome? It’s that story that you run in your head that says that you are not where should be … that you must have done something wrong because your life isn’t working the way it is supposed to be… that if you had worked harder/done something different/been smarter your life would look the way it’s supposed to be vs. what is actually is.

Then because the reality of your life or a part of your life  – be that your relationships, money, career, health, home, body – doesn’t match the story in your mind, you torment yourself.

You push yourself to get “there” faster…

You feel like you are behind… so you run urgency juice through your nervous system, making your body live in a constant state of rushing, anxiety and cortisol-producing stress.

You judge yourself – harshly and silently – because you haven’t been able manifest, succeed, create, make-it-happen… and then if you are being really hard on yourself, you’ll go and find evidence of other people who have done or created what you desire and then beat yourself up for not being as good as them.

Oh, this has got to stop, don’t you think?

I know for myself, when I start feeling like things are supposed to be different than they are, first I will start to push (exert my will), then I will try to make things happen faster (the rush), and then deep down underneath I’ll judge myself for the choices I’ve made, making them wrong and the reason I am not where I want to be (noting that when we look back at any situation we can always see how we could have done it better, but really in that moment it’s likely the exact experience we needed to have.)

My invitation to you, and why I made this video for you, is to stop running any of the storylines that make you feel “Things should be different. I screwed up. It’s my fault. It will never change. I will never get there. I am not where I am supposed to be.”

Choose to feel good about yourself and your life now… not some day in the future when your life matches the vision in your head.

You’ll know when you are running these suffering producing stories  – backed by your ego and Inner Mean Girl or Dude who will find all kinds of evidence to collaborate your mind trip – because you will feel defeated, pressured, exhausted, anxious or like you made big mistakes, will never have what you desire, and are so much behind everyone else. How do you get out of the “I am not where I am supposed to be” story? The video I made will walk you through doing just that.

Here are also a few tips that I use in my everyday life to not just believe but to also FEEL faith instead of fear that all in unfolding exactly as it’s meant to:

  1. You are at choice as to what story you let your brain make up. So make up the story that everything has unfolded exactly as it was meant to. And then look for evidence of how that is true.
  2. Let yourself have a 5 minute complain fest or cry fest to get the energy out of you. Out loud, let it rip, of how angry, sad, disappointed, etc you are. Shout it out, write it out – just get it out – so you can let it go.
  3. Be honest with yourself about how you are judging yourself and make yourself FEEL this judgment, then FORGIVE yourself. If the judgment inside stays silent sometimes it can be hard to stop feeling this way. So ask yourself, “I judge that I should …”  Get that all out, and then forgive yourself by telling yourself “You were doing the best you could at the time with what you knew. It’s okay. Everything is as it should be.”

The truth is that if you can feel something in the field as to who and what you desire to express as and live as, it’s like the spirit of you is already ‘there’, made of the cosmos from the field of infinite potentiality, divine will, soul destiny and heart desires

Everyday you live in alignment with your heart and soul in harmony with divine will, that cosmos (spirit) becomes more carbon (physical) … until one day all the star dust is merged with the carbon physical form stuff and viola, you are there! (not in the form or time you may like but in divine time and destiny.) My invitation to you is to commune everyday with this cosmic star dust part of you who is so beautifully holding space for you – so you can see and feel it’s happening! Take the pressure off, stop pushing, rushing and judging. And start everyday living more and more fully and freely YOU.
