Today we begin our 10th season and 10th year. Fierce Grace, Reimagining the ways we and the world work, when the feminine leads. This episode will get us all centered in our stake – focus and intention – of what we are creating and why. To root us firmly in our power to co-create new realities on this planet now, at this time. In the ways we are uniquely designed to do so … in the ecosystems we have influence over (vs. trying to do it all or feeling like we don’t have the power to do anything).

Our stakes for this season are:

Re-Imaginging the way we and the world work, when the feminine leads.
(from the inside out) 

Embracing the power, wisdom & influence of our personal leadership to co-create a better, brighter world for ourselves + those we touch + generations to come, through our voices, choices & presence within the “ecosystems” we live, lead and love. 

We focus on what we can influence: Focusing on the ecosystems we have the power and influence within – ourselves, our 1:1 relationships, our smaller systems like our teams / families  —>> which then influences the larger organizations we work in, communities we participate and live in (local, social and global) —> which then shifts and creates the culture, society and consciousness on the planet.

We remember and embrace: All non-natural systems on the planet were created by humans which means we as humans (which you and I are) have the power to create realities, systems, ways of being, working, relating, living, succeeding, etc… that support all people and planet to thrive and prosper for now and for generations to come.

Our 10th season is called: Fierce Grace, which is the simplest way I can express what balanced, whole leadership and embodied power looks and feels like.

Fierce Grace is the integrated power and presence that lives within our human heart. When we can access this full range of power and presence, we embody an essence that can shift a room or situation just by our presence. We are a force for change and elevation, because we are deeply rooted in ourselves, our essence, our innate wisdom and our balance, rooted truth.

We will use 4 of the 6 realms of Elevated Leadership to create a structure for us:

• presence
• power
• purpose
• personal sustainability

I’ll share with you the 8 Feminine Leadership Archetypes on the 8 ‘turns of the year’ – solstices, equinoxes and the cross quarter points. We’ll start with the archetype of the CREATRIX in our first full episode, #271. And then we’ll see what else flows in along the way.

My intention is that Feminine Power Time will continue to be an ‘oasis’ for illumination, liberation and elevation + a Field for co-creators like you …a place to …

• Come to turn off the chatter and tune into what matters
• Re-center into what is real and aligned for you
• Gain wisdom, perspective, practices, insight, courage and clarity
• Where you leave feeling centered, inspired, accompanied, and rooted in your part, presence, power and personal sustainability.
