WHY COACHING:
New Spanish leader building an Artist Management department in Madrid for a U.S. multinational; requested a “U.S. coach” for cross-cultural guidance. Elevated from individual contributor to a direct report to Head of Studio, with 700 people in studio + a new team → leading to more influence, responsibility and people wanting attention and support.
Needed better tools to stay centered, stay out of overwhelm, prioritize many demands. Needed to uplevel ability to navigate org politics, embody confidence in POV, and meet expanded position and influence.
