Our LIVE webcast will begin promptly at 5:30pm PT.

We suggest joining about 5 minutes before we begin. 

This Power Pause will last approximately 90 minutes, so we invite you to make a date with yourself and reserve this time as sacred space for you.

NOTE: Before you send your chat, be sure to select the option to chat with EVERYONE, so that your message is shared with all. Simply keep the chat box open in the upper right or left hand corner of your screen to watch the chat thread and participate.

Create Focused Sacred Space: Inspired Actions

Set aside time in advance to be clear from distractions. Claim some quiet space wherever you’ll be, away from other people who are not participating (or invite them to join you! Be sure that wherever you’ll be that you have a calm atmosphere to be present during this time for YOURSELF.

Be sure to bring plain paper or a journal and your favorite pens or markers!
