You can spot and adjust imbalances before they grow into bigger issues. Spring is the natural time to reset our habits, rhythm and practices.

    Centered within, clear on your part to play, and clear on what matters most, you can be a wise steward of your time, focus, energy, and resources in the next quarter and the year to come.

    Committed to what matters to you and what you require to stay sustained, you’ll have what you need to show up as your best self in your leadership at work with your team and colleagues, and personally with your family, community and friends.

    THE PROCESS

    The Spring Power Pause includes 3 steps, which the guidebook walks you through:

    1.REFLECT & RECEIVE Review and acknowledge your accomplishments – progress, completions, stretches and impact, professionally & personally since the start of the year.

    2.RESET & REBALANCE – Experience the “Whole Life Harmony Assessment” – reveal imbalances and see what parts of life are calling for attention. Put inspired structure in place to keep you centered and sustained.

    3.REFOCUS & REFLOW – Illuminate what matters most through the summer – create space by reflowing projects not for now to later in the year, and set your priorities for just this next cycle, professionally and personally.

    THE OPTIONS + MATERIALS 

    You can choose to go through the creative process on your own (self-led) or if you are like many people who do better when you have intentional space held for you, we will be creating ‘retreat’ space for you to come to on April 18th and will walk you through the full process.

    Sometimes it’s just better to have someone walk you through an experience, share context and examples, provide creative inspiration, and lead you through step by step (so you can just relax and enjoy the process.)

    We’ll create and facilitate this space on Friday, May 2nd at 11:00am ET, using ‘webinar’ technology so you can show up in your private space vs. a big zoom with lots of people. More like co-creative space, where you get to both be in your own energy field and be part of a collective field. (we will record it)

      Power Pauses are visually facilitated, cyclical planning sessions that provide a more creative and collaborative process to prioritizing, focusing, setting expectations and making progress on goals based on how humans and teams naturally work best.

      These strategic sessions usually happen at quarterly or twice-yearly intervals and work great for teams or for leader/managers, and include:

      • The Year-Start or Year-End Power Pause: Creating From Momentum – occurs in mid-late January/February for teams, giving your people a place to land at the start of the year, or in early December to create a path for downshifting. The focus is on: reflecting on the team successes, shorts, and impact, and create a path and focused priorities to sustainable success and wellbeing in the next year, from the wisdom gained and lessons learned.
      • The Team Prioritizing & Synergy Power Pause – occurs at the start of the business calendar year or in March/April or September/October for teams to get clear on how best to focus, prioritize and work together for a specific time span – year, half year, or quarter. Can include: workshops focused on working wiser vs. harder, stress personalities & wellbeing strategies, and creating greater synergy & connection among team members.
      • The Mid-Year Power Pause: Review. Re-align. Refocus. – occurs in July/August for teams or managers & leaders to pause at half-year, review goals & priorities, and re-set focus for the second half of year.

      This whole-brain approach, centered around sustainable success for individuals, teams, and organizations:

      • alleviates burnout and overwhelm
      • reduces fragmentation of resources and unnecessary work
      • leads to an overall greater impact to business success and employee wellbeing
      • supports individuals and teams to become more innovative, flexible and resilient
      • energizes people to feel more engaged, connected and empowered
