1. Access Details & Schedule.
We will begin promptly at 12:33 pm PT.
We suggest joining about 5 minutes before we begin
LENGTH: This Power Pause will last approximately 90 minutes, so we invite you to make a date with yourself and reserve this as space for you.
You can join LIVE via video or audio stream.
JOIN VIA VIDEO (recommended): This option will allow you to have a more visual experience, as you’ll be able to see Christine. You’ll also be able to chat and be inspired by other fabulous people around the world.
CHAT DURING THE LIVE EVENT (OPTIONAL BUT FUN!): If you would like to chat during the Session you’ll be able to do that. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask Christine questions live.
2. Create Intentional Space
Set aside time in advance to be clear from distractions. Claim some quiet space wherever you’ll be, away from other people who are not participating, or invite them to join you! Be sure that wherever you’ll be that you have a calm atmosphere to be present.
Be sure to bring plain paper or a journal and your favorite pens or markers!
3. 2021 Reflection Ritual Guidebook
Download and Print this before we gather.
We invite you to download and print the guidebook in advance, so you can use it to walk you through the Reflection Ritual step by step.
This is a wonderful way to visually SEE what you’ve done and become, using this guidebook as wisdom for the year ahead.
