ONE: Templates & Worksheets
Here are two Visual Thinking templates that you can use as worksheets for the first and last Daring Act of Liberation in the book. You will also find these in the Companion Journal.

1. How am I Overgiving? Daring Act of Liberation #3 Meditation.
Use this meditation for the Daring Act of Liberation in the Liberate Your Heart Section: Transform One OVERgiving Imprint. This meditation will help you tune into your heart and identify which of the OVERs are ready for a transformation. I will walk you through the inquiries so you can really get to the root.

2. The Feel. Focus. Flow. Harmonizing Practice – Section 4, Liberate Your Time
Practice. Feel. Focus. Flow.
Watch this video I made you and use it to try the Feel. Focus. Flow. practice.
You can do this as a mini Power Pauses at the start of a day, a week or a month to help you gain clarity on what to focus on and what to reflow — which releases pressure and creates space to focus on what matters most, including your needs, during that time span.
- Feel: you give your heart a voice to state what you really desire to focus on — imagine that! — starting with your needs
- Focus: then you get clear on what’s best to focus on within the time span.
- Flow: this gives you the permission to flow things into different times rather than struggling to fit them in.The power comes by inviting your feminine wisdom to guide the way. 3. I AM Receiving Mantra Meditation – Daring Act of Liberation #3
As you complete the Daring Act of Liberation in the Section on Liberate Your Heart, I invite you to choose one “I Am Receiving Mantra” to imprint into your internal operating system. These are the 17 or so I AMs that you feel when your feminine super power of receiving is strong. I made you this meditation to walk you through each of the possibilities so that you could choose one from your deeper heart knowing vs. mental ideas. Tune in.
Note: This meditation includes the full Daring Act of Liberation – to tune in to just the Receiving Part of the meditation go to about 16:22 in the recording to go through the Receiving Mantras.

Three: Teaching Videos – Your Daily Bookend Practice
1. Morning Rise & Shine – Practices for Creating a Daily Morning Practice. One that PROTECTS your magnetic field, SETS your field and CONNECTS to all four points. Daring Act of Liberation #2.
The video above supports your action is to consciously connect each morning and evening to all four points of connection. And it also walks you through the 3 points of protection to start your day with.
You don’t have to “do” all four points of connection and protection at once. You can string them together to create a simple but mighty Daily Bookend practice as part of the flow of your first hour and your last hour of the day.
Just remember to connect on all four points each morning before you interact with the outside world, and you are much more likely to Stay Harmonized!
2. The Practice of Downshifting: Suggestions for Replacing Your Evening Sabotaging Habits with Supportive Choices & Nourishing Restorative Rituals.
In this video I will share with you a lot more on the practice of Downshifting to give you practical ideas and actions to take as you downshift your day. I’ll also expand on the practice of Downshifting beyond just the last hour of your day. This video is a teaching transmission I did for the 40-day Burnout to Balance practice and the Overwhelmed and Over It: A Path to Sustainable Success Experience. So it’s longer than most videos I do, but it has good information and practices you can start to play with!
FOUR: Stay Harmonized Practice Cards & Videos
ONE: Practice Cards
To support you in actually doing some of the Harmonizing Practices in your daily life, we created these practice cards featuring the practice glyph and process. Print these out and put where you can see them when you wake up, where you do your morning connection practice, or where you work for easy access. Feel free to color them too!
I AM Receiving (Click here to download the image) – From the Daring Act of Liberation #3. Choose one to two I AM Receiving Mantras from the list on page 188 that reflect how you desire to feel, or make up your own. Print out the card. Write the mantra on the card. Put it where you can see it.
Feel, Focus, Flow. (Click here to download the image) From Chapter 10. Use this along with the video teaching to take mini Power Pauses at the start of a day, a week or a month to help you gain clarity on what to focus on and what to reflow — which releases pressure and creates space to focus on what matters most, including your needs, during that time span. PAUSE.FLOW. PACE (Click here to download the image) Start experimenting with this equation in your life. When you feel yourself pushing or forcing — instead of ratcheting up your life force to produce faster and make it happen or putting your nose to the grindstone — Pause. Flow. Pace. Print this harmonizing-practice card and put it near where you work, or where you do your morning connection practice. Refer to it when you need to get harmonized vs. pushing or grinding.
TWO: Practice Handout
Use this handout to start to become more aware of the warning signals that you are under receiving, over giving and sliding into burnout or making choices from overwhelm or an un-centered, un-connected place. And then start practicing receiving what you need when these physical or emotional warning signals arise.
