Stay Harmonized Sessions are a place to come to re-center and find your clear, calm, centered core.

The intention of these hour-long sessions is to support you to “stay harmonized” – so you can make clear choices, stay sustained, and be ready to rise on the other side, in the work we do, the way we live and the leaders we are.

We did these sessions in 2020 for the full community to create a field and higher frequency outside of the chaos. We decided to re-open these up for the full community here on Feminine Wisdom Cafe at least through September as a benefit of being part of this community.

One of the things people have said they want more of is practices they can use and put into their lives in simple but mighty ways. Practices that keep you clear, calm, connected and centered – radiant!

How Do the Sessions Flow?

This month’s session will be led by Noah Martin and Christine Arylo, supported by Rebecca Allen. You’ll receive, learn and experience simple, super-powered, practices, meditations and rituals. 

The flow goes like this:

  • Receive a frequency “attunement” – a somatic mediation or visualization that clears, centers and connects you mind/body/heart/spirit
  • Learn a piece of wisdom and a practice that you can use in your life now – to stay clear, centered, focused, connected, radiant, resilient, or use in the moment when you get ‘gooped’ up or swept up.
  • Ask questions that we will do our best to provide insight on.
  • Complete with mantra practice – that will take you into the next month, to keep your radiance light.
