Hello beloved! So glad you are here.

I was doing an early  morning meditation on January 3rd feeling into how I could best support people to dream and vision 2016 and create their plans and goals for the coming year. There is a lot of misunderstanding in our culture about visioning, dreaming, and goal setting that stems from the go, go, go, work hard, stay busy, mind and ego centric way we’ve been trained to operate. Even big misunderstandings about manifesting, the law of attraction and vision boards that leads to self criticism & stress later in the year. But there is another way, a sacred way to dream, that is deeply spiritual and deeply practical.

And so as we head into this month of dreaming (the entire month of January is for dreaming)  I wanted you to have access to this wisdom – to guide you to create, vision and plan in alignment with your heart desires & soul truth.  So I taught this class live from my home. And now it’s here for you. I hope that it illuminates the path to creating a year that aligns with your true heart and soul’s desires.
