Do You Know Why You Drive Yourself So Hard?
Really, when was the last time you gave yourself a break?
Or gave yourself credit for all that you do in a day or have accomplished
already in your life (which I am sure is alot!)
Or celebrated your accomplishments for more than a few days or minutes,
Before focusing on what you needed to do next?

Thanks, Christine. Exactly what I needed to hear. I drove myself pretty hard this weekend working on several writing projects and it wasn’t fun. Felt more like my day job. And I felt like I hadn’t done enough! I would never let my writing clients do that to themselves…
Thank you very much for your love and support. It means a lot to me. You are wonderfull!!!
YOU ROCK!!! I love your video, your life’s work and your way of presenting it all. TO top that all off, you have an awesome spirit that just shines through on your video 🙂 I’m so busy reminding others how to live a passionate life that I forget to practice my own suggestions … so you are now my personal reminder to love myself in this process of doing the health and consciousness work in the world. Thank you, thank you, thank you and keep up the wonderful outpouring of love … we all need it!

I love Christine’s wisdom and sharing so much…
Right now my Big Fat Lie is that I’m going to miss out on some opportunities! My Frenemy is IMG “Taskmaster Tanya” who is an achievement junkie. The Fear must be that I don’t want to disappoint myself, let myself down. I keep trying to accept where I am in the journey and slow myself down to take longer pauses, but it’s out of control – didn’t get to sleep at all last night 🙁 Time to reset!!!
Thanks, Christine. That was a great video and it has given me a lot to think about. My Inner Mean Girl has really been kicking my hide recently and I want to put her in check! Turning my F’s into A’s will definitely help 🙂
